Great area. Trendy unit. Updated appliances. Good sound protection from unit to unit, but unit to hallway not so great.

Building quality and finishes are nice, but somewhat small. Community amenities were butchered by the new management company Elevate Living. No propane for the grills? I'm a City Planner and I still haven't found the "city code" they quote as prohibiting them from providing what was once a great feature of the outdoor patios.
